9 to 5 Pets has been amazing! It was my first time using them, on somewhat short notice, and they’ve been nothing but wonderful. I love getting updates and photos and seeing my boy having a great time when I am out of town. I will 100% be using them again and recommending them to everyone!

Every day the wonderful girls from 9 to 5 Pets pick up the chows and take them on a playdate with other dogs at the dog park. They have a fantastic afternoon and come back happy and exhausted! I can’t say enough nice things about the team. They adore dogs and are extremely enthusiastic. And I can forward the letters and pictures to my daughter so she can see how happy they are as well. This is an awesome service!

Jennifer and her team are all great with animals! They truly make you feel safe with leaving the responsibility of your pet on their shoulders from day one. 9 to 5 Pets was a wonderful experience for us and our two Corgis. Leaving them in their own house where all their familiar toys, sleeping areas, and food bowls are is such a better option than boarding them! We received detailed daily reports (with pictures!) and came home to a couple of healthy and happy Corgis. They respond very quickly and give you a detailed summary of the visit. The individual walkers have been very well trained and are always on time. I recommend this service without hesitation.

We hired 9 to 5 Pets to care for my brother’s cat when he was hospitalized for an indefinite stay. They immediately stepped in, and provided the care, feeding, and companionship for my brother’s kitty. Their communication is impeccable. We get reports twice a day including an entertaining description of their interactions with the kitty, great photos, and a report card of activities. I have acquired new pen pals, and my brother was so comforted about this viewable information of what his kitty was up to!

I have a very shy older cat who usually hides when anyone else is in the house. Kinsey was able to pet him and took excellent care of him during my Thanksgiving vacation. They offer excellent, caring service at a good price. I highly recommend them.

After the scheduled meet & greet and completing the online information, the comfort level of leaving home and placing Tigger & Ellie in the care of 9 to 5 Pets was quite high. However, once on the road and receiving email updates with notes, pictures and much more, there was NO doubt that 9 to 5 Pets was the right decision. We recently left for vacation and scheduled 9 to 5 Pets to watch our cat, Juliet, at home. She needed medication daily and I was worried they would have trouble getting her to take the medicine. The daily report confirmed her medication was taken and Juliet was very happy and content when we got home so I know she was well taken care of in our absence.
