My family and I were very impressed with 9 to 5 Pets and the pet care providers who provided care for our two rescue dogs in our home while we were on vacation. The organization by management was exceptional - as was the care. The comfort in knowing your pets are being well cared for while away is an intangible value that is close to your heart. We are very grateful and would recommend 9 to 5 Pets to all our friends and family with "fur babies" and will be calling upon them again when we need to be away without them. Thank You 9 to 5 Pets!

First time using 9 to 5. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Our caregiver, Payton, was excellent. She gave us complete peace of mind while we were away and provided great communication and feedback on how our animals were doing. Our experience with 9 to 5 couldn’t have been better.

We used 9 to 5 Pets service to care for our five kitties recently as we traveled from Florida to Maine. I was quite anxious about leaving because one of our elderly cats was newly diagnosed with diabetes and must receive insulin injections twice a day. It was our first time leaving him in the hands of a pet sitter. I shouldn’t have worried. Our pet sitter, Payton G. did an amazing job and kept us in the loop every day with updates and photos of the kitty crew. She was professional, kind, capable, and responsible. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I look forward to using this service again and thank Jenn and Payton from the bottom of my heart.

We got 2 brand new puppies in February. I took some time off of be with them and get them trained but eventually I obviously had to go back to work. While I was off I contacted them to get things started to see how it would work. We had a meet and greet consultation in which a member of the team came to meet us as well as our puppies. We discussed our needs and the services offered. We set up a few short visits for when I would leave to go run errands for a couple hours. Everything went great for the short potty breaks. Once I went back to work I increased the times and amount of visits. They now come twice per day for whatever interval I request. They take my puppies on walks, play with them, will feed or give them water, bring in packages, clean up messes (inevitable with puppies), and so much more! Recently one of puppies jumped out of the play pen and they were able to go to my house early for the emergency! They always send a detailed report and pictures. They are very professional. I am truly impressed by the individualized care my puppies receive as well as the true love for animals they show every time they visit. They never skimp on the time (there is gps tracking on the app and I can tell from my ring doorbell) and spend the entire requested time with my puppies. I always have multiple requests for specific times and how I would like the day to look and they are never unpleasant and happy to oblige. They make any accommodations I ask (obviously within reason) for my puppies. I was considering sending them to day care but much rather have 9-5 pets care for them in our home. They also offer overnight pet sitting and other services. This truly is an amazing company with unmatched staff and amazing services!

We had a wonderful experience with 9 to 5 Pets! Payton was thorough and provided a detailed report for our dogs after each visit. We enjoyed the pictures that she took during each visit. We could tell our dogs were happy and well taken care of. We already have 9 to 5 Pets booked for another trip and would recommend to anyone in need of a pet sitter.
