We just used 9 to 5 Pets for the first time over the holidays and from start to finish this was a pleasant experience. They are thorough with their forms, the sitter we had was so sweet and the dogs loved her! We received pictures and a detailed report of the visit. I recommend 9 to 5 Pets!!
I used 9 to 5 Pets as my pet sitter in Ponte Vedra, FL. They were very responsive when I reached out to inquire about their services. I was able to meet my pet sitter and immediately felt comfortable with the person I was assigned. The cats did too. I went through multiple (5+) boarding facilities in the Jacksonville area and was dissatisfied with each one. Finding 9 to 5 Pets was a godsend. The updates they sent along with multiple photos eased this pet parent's mind while traveling. I knew and could see my kitties were in good hands. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
I was very happy with the service provided by 9 to 5 pets! I received daily updates and pictures, and it was clear that my loved one was getting the love and attention he deserved in my absence. I highly recommend this service as it is reasonably priced, thorough and professional, and the staff is very caring and reassuring. I will certainly be calling on them the next time I need to leave my sweet boy behind.

We love 9 to5 Pets! Very responsive and thorough. Our oldest dog has some anxiety and they do such a good job with checking in on her at every visit. Always accommodating to both dogs’ needs. We couldn’t be happier to have them looking out for our pets!

Every day the wonderful girls from 9 to 5 Pets pick up the chows and take them on a playdate with other dogs at the dog park. They have a fantastic afternoon and come back happy and exhausted! I can’t say enough nice things about the team. They adore dogs and are extremely enthusiastic. And I can forward the letters and pictures to my daughter so she can see how happy they are as well. This is an awesome service!

9 to 5 Pets was a wonderful experience for us and our two Corgis. Leaving them in their own house where all their familiar toys, sleeping areas, and food bowls are is such a better option than boarding them! We received detailed daily reports (with pictures!) and came home to a couple of healthy and happy Corgis. We feel very lucky to have found Jennifer and 9 to 5 Pets and highly recommend their services.

Tuesdays have quickly become our pets favorite day of the week! They love the extra snuggles and TLC they get on Tuesdays from Kinsey and the 9 to 5 Pets team! London loves her extra outing during the day and October loves the extra treats she receives.

My husband and I went on an overseas trip for 2 weeks and were very nervous to leave our 22 year kitty cat home for that long… Especially considering how much she thrives on love & attention! We hired Jennifer and her awesome team to take care of our kitty twice a day for 2 weeks… Giving her meds on both visits, feeding, litter scooping and spending some quality attention time. It was so comforting to know they were at home taking care of everything while we were so far away. It helped us be able to truly relax and enjoy our vacation that much more!

We hired 9 to 5 Pets to care for my brother’s cat when he was hospitalized for an indefinite stay. They immediately stepped in, and provided the care, feeding, and companionship for my brother’s kitty. Their communication is impeccable. We get reports twice a day including an entertaining description of their interactions with the kitty, great photos, and a report card of activities. I have acquired new pen pals, and my brother was so comforted about this viewable information of what his kitty was up to!
Jennifer and Lora are so great to work with. My normally obnoxious dogs turned it up for them and they were still willing to be patient and work with us. Absolute professionals with hearts of gold! These true animal lovers enjoy their jobs and it reflects in the care they give. Daily photos and commentaries kept us updated on our cats and left us knowing we could enjoy our vacation without worrying about the family members we left behind.
I have a very shy older cat who usually hides when anyone else is in the house. Kinsey was able to pet him and took excellent care of him during my Thanksgiving vacation. They offer excellent, caring service at a good price. I highly recommend them.
Best dog care service ever! They have a bright, caring, and engaged team of sitters who are prepared for half-day off leash adventures or short check-ins and loving quiet time with your beloved pet. Their easy mobile scheduling and payment made my vacation time so much nicer. Their team is flexible, accommodating, punctual and pleasant to deal with. The care 9 to 5 Pets provided for Tigger and Ellie exceeded expectation! The 9 to 5 Pets website provides a comprehensive overview of the services and staff. After the scheduled meet & greet and completing the online information, the comfort level of leaving home and placing Tigger & Ellie in the care of 9 to 5 Pets was quite high. However, once on the road and receiving email updates with notes, pictures and much more, there was NO doubt that 9 to 5 Pets was the right decision. On a scale from 1 to 10 – 9 to 5 Pets receives a 12 for exceeding expectation. Very grateful!

My pets are in love!!! I’m so fortunate to have found 9 to 5 Pets. We feel so comfortable leaving our animals in their care. We recently left for vacation and scheduled 9 to 5 Pets to watch our cat, Juliet, at home. She needed medication daily and I was worried they would have trouble getting her to take the medicine. The daily report confirmed her medication was taken and Juliet was very happy and content when we got home so I know she was well taken care of in our absence. The service is very professional and I love the daily updates and pictures!! I felt very comfortable with them coming into my home.
